Refund, Returns & Order Policy
Final Sale & No Returns
All floral arrangements sold by Gold Coast Flowers are final sale.
Due to the perishable, made-to-order nature of flowers, we do not accept returns of floral products once they have been delivered or picked up. Returned flowers cannot be restocked, resold, or reused for quality and safety reasons.
Any return request, if exceptionally approved, is subject to a 99% restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, preparation begins immediately and flowers are sourced specifically for your order.

Cancellations requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be approved for store credit only.

Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time are not eligible for refund or credit.

If an order is cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, and more than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time, a full refund may be issued.
Orders placed for peak dates (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other major floral holidays) are final sale and cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Order Changes & Delivery Updates
Requests to update delivery details (address, recipient name, phone number, delivery instructions, or card message) must be made by phone at (773) 573-8129 as soon as possible.
Our customer care team is available Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Requests made outside of business hours or close to the scheduled delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
Delivery & Fulfillment
An order is considered fulfilled once it has been delivered or made available for pickup at the scheduled time.
Delivery may be completed by hand-off or safe drop when appropriate. Delivery attempts and confirmations may be documented with timestamps and photos.
Orders marked as Delivered are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Quality Issues & Claims Window (1 Day)
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery and provide clear photos of the arrangement and packaging.
Because flowers are perishable, claims submitted after this 1-day window will not be accepted.
When a verified issue is confirmed, resolution options may include, at our discretion:

a replacement arrangement,
-
store credit, or
-
partial credit.
Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed merchant error or where required by law.
Substitutions & Natural Variations
Flowers are natural products and subject to seasonal availability.
If specific blooms are unavailable, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design, color palette, and style.
Natural variations in size, color tone, and bloom openness are expected and are not considered defects.

By placing an order with Gold Coast Flowers, you acknowledge and agree that:
