Delivery eligibility, fees, and minimum order requirements are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and distance.
We currently deliver within a defined delivery radius and do not offer nationwide shipping.

Important Notes About Delivery Fees

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates and time windows selected at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed.
Factors such as traffic, weather, holidays, and high-order volume (especially during peak dates like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) may affect delivery timing.
Same-day delivery is subject to availability and order cutoff times.
Recipient Availability & Safe Drop
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

the delivery address is correct and complete, and
-
the recipient is available to receive the order, when applicable.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

leave the arrangement in a safe location (e.g., front desk, porch, reception),
-
contact the recipient using the provided phone number, or
-
return the order for possible redelivery.
Safe drop decisions are made at the driver’s discretion to complete delivery efficiently.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,
-
restricted access (gated buildings, offices closed, hospitals with limitations), or
-
recipient unavailability,
the order is still considered fulfilled once a delivery attempt has been made.
Redelivery may be offered at an additional fee, subject to product condition and availability.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation may include:

delivery status updates,
-
time-stamped photos, and/or
-
internal delivery logs.
Orders marked as Delivered are considered complete and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup window.
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be considered fulfilled, as flowers are prepared specifically for the selected pickup time.
Peak Dates & High-Volume Periods
During peak floral holidays (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and similar events):

delivery windows are estimates only,

rerouting and safe drop may be used more frequently,

cancellations and delivery changes may be limited or unavailable.
