Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for special purchase options, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and promotional purchase formats.

All purchase options are subject to our Final Sale, No Returns, and Perishable Goods policies, outlined in our Refund & Delivery Policies.


Subscriptions (If Offered)

Subscriptions include recurring floral deliveries based on the schedule selected at checkout.

  • Subscription orders are prepared individually for each delivery date.

  • You may cancel or pause a subscription before the next scheduled order enters preparation.

  • Once preparation for a scheduled delivery has begun, that delivery is considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Payment details are stored securely and charged for each scheduled delivery unless cancelled in advance.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be offered for limited or future-availability floral products.

  • A pre-order may be cancelled before the order enters preparation or fulfillment.

  • Once a pre-order has been prepared or fulfilled, it is considered final sale.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, pre-orders are not eligible for return once fulfilled.

Any approved refunds for cancelled pre-orders are issued only prior to preparation and in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Try-Before-You-Buy & Promotional Purchase Options

Certain promotional purchase formats may authorize payment before fulfillment.

  • Authorization does not guarantee cancellation or return eligibility.

  • Once flowers are prepared, delivered, or made available for pickup, the order is considered fulfilled and final sale.

  • Floral products cannot be returned after delivery or pickup under any trial or promotional offer.


Important Notice

By selecting any purchase option, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • floral products are perishable and made to order,

  • returns are not accepted once delivery or pickup occurs,

  • cancellations are only possible before preparation begins, and

  • any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
